Taqi associates was established by Jawed Taqi in the year 2004, to manage an extensive real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties within Karachi Islamabad as well as in Gwadar. Spread over a variety of projects including Pakistan Army Officers Housing Scheme, Air Force Officers Housing Scheme, Defence Officers Housing Scheme, Naval Officers Housing Scheme, DHA, DHA City, PECHS, Bahria Town, Shahrah e Faisal and Gwadar, as well as developments like Top City, DHA City and Bahria Town in Islamabad. Taqi Associates services include property leasing, documentation, NOCs, markets, customers, buyers, sellers and tenant relation management.
