Discount of Rs.200,000 on full payment at a time. |

All installments must be paid as per schedule agree by the allottee. |

All Installments must be paid before 10th of every month. |

All payment should be made through Pay Order/Demand Draft/Cheque
in favour of the company. |

Documentation charges for Lease, connection charges for gas, electricity,
water & sewerage will be paid by the allottee as and when demanded
by the company as these charges are not included in the above mentioned
price. |

In case of cancellation of unit by the allottee, the booking amount
will be considered forfeited and the balance paid amount will be
refunded after deduction of 25% services charges. |

The possession of unit shall remain provisional until full & final
payment is received by the company. |
