Yes, It will available for construction by end of this year. Bahria is going to give possession by 6th September to all those who have paid their remaining installments. The area has been developed. Two villas have been already build. Other private firms have also started construction of homes. Allah knows about the results of cases and their effects on the Bahria Enclave.
In old map you can easily build your home with in one year inshAllah but in old map in new map it will may take a little time even private developers start development of there villas in enclave.
