Bahria Town development standard is the only difference between both of above mentioned sectors, but f-11 is a proper CDA sector with very high rentals and location wise its in central Islamabad personally I will prefer F-11 on Bahria Town.

Thanks for your advice. Another thing, what you will think of return on investment (ROI) for Bahria Town as compare to F-11. I heard F-11 prices are already on top and they wont increase, where as Bahria Town prices will be double in a couple of years. Is that true? What you foresee?

It depends on Bahria Town phases if you are investing in developed phases like Bahria 1 to 5 phase then situation is same it's already on top. However those sectors which are under development there you can get a good return.

Bahria town Rawalpindi future new city in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town living standard very high, educated community. Every thing facilities hospital, school, college's, commercial & mosque is international standard.

My opinion you invest in Bahria Town, property value day by day increase.
