I intend to buy a plot for personal use with a budget of Rs2 million with a view of construction only after two years. I need expert opinion from the Zameen members as to where should i go in Lahore?
Will DHA City and LDA City become inhabitable after two years? Any other area on Ferozpur Road for a decent living? How about Pak Arab?
Or any other area which would suit a small family of 4 members after 2 years?

10-Marla possession plot in central park on ferozpur road around 24-lacs. It would be very good place for living after two years. Many families are already living there.
Central Park looks more in Kasur than Lahore. Any other option as close to the main city as possible?
DHA City file is good
Sorry for a dumb question. But what does a file means?
File means no plots on ground. Once development work is complete in the society then plots will be given to file holders. DHA City needs almost 7-8 years to be liveable. Central Park is the best choice in this budget.

One more thing: Once development is over, are plots handed over to file holders without any further payment or other charges become applicable upon possession?
How do you view LDC City/DHA City for long-term investment? Which one is preferable?
Development charges will be applicable after balloting. DHA city is better for long term investment (7-8 years).
