D-12 investment

Hello.

May someone guide me over investing in d-12. I am interested in a 2550 plot in either sub-sector 3 or 4 as 1 is close to mira abadi.

Is it a good for 3-5 years for roi. And what is the current range in which one can get a 25
50 plot in d-12/3 or 4.

Also is investing in 25*40 plot wise? The plot is too small so can a handsome roi be expected from it?

For living its recommended but for investment its a bit on expensive side has it has already gained very much…Better seek some other options if you are only going for investment but this is also a reasonably handsome option.

By the way, development has suddenly started in D-12. I used "suddenly" because its surprising to expect anything from CDA.

Some major double roads construction and carpeting has started.

For living its a good place. But it still has some juice like my friend sold 25x60 plot for 1.27 two week back. By comparison, one can easily buy good 30x60 with that budget in D-12. D-12 will definitely touch E-11 price if not exceeding its price point.

yes i heard the same regarding development. By the way the juice left is for bigger plots only or can be expected on a 25*50 plot.

may you tell me some other location which is better for investment other than D-12.

can you tell me regarding bahria enclave which sectors have possession and which are near possession. Not interested in files where installments yet to be paid. Is there any sector near possession or where installments are almost all paid.

Smaller plots has little juice due to buying power of end consumer.

Sir enclave is also a good option..Price in A block in 10 marla=70 to 95 lacs..C1 is also good to invest whose rate are between 68 to 78 lacs approx..

Also consider 1 kanal in dha 2 K block..It is also a good option.
