What is the future of investment in dha lahore phase 9 file which is selling at about 1850000? How much it can rise in 3 years time? And how much it can rise in ten years time?

If you are lucky and the balotting takes place within 3 years and you get good location plot nothing like it. And in 10 years time, it will give you quite a return. I think dha phase 9 is the best investment for long term (5 to 10 years).
Dont tell me balloting is still 3 years away.

Phase 9 is atleast atleast 10 yrs away before you start making money out of it!!!
Well the exact timing noone knows, but it seems that development of phase 8 is almost done and will be given possession in 2016. Before that they have to do balloting of phase 9.
