Well it seems like an optimistic approach but lets suppose Margalla avenue actually works out and start operations. Then these rates are imaginable, otherwise its impossible for B17 to achieve these prices even in 5 years.
Muhid, i am afraid ,looking at current economic and property situation,its quite possible that prices may remain the same or drop 5-10 %[not dha and possession areas of stable and reputed societies]] more in next 12 months time frame.
This situation is only possible if all the factors remain constant and things will be completed in time.... Factors includes
1)Margalla Avenue completion,
2)Posession and development of blocks,
3)political and economic situation of the country
4)Bahria future projects
5)other Unknown Factors
6)And above all Allah behtar karne wala he.. :-)
Prices in b-17 will change dramatically when the very first car starting journey from F-11/E-11 reach B-17 through margalla avenue in 15 mins … But until then … It is difficult. I do see these prices post margalla avenue possible but not before that.
