Any other opinions specially investment point of view not development standard. Investment of 5 million in Bahria Enclave or F15/16 will give more profit in 3 years time frame. Experts and senior members please advice.
If you are just doing investment and not concern with development standard then F-15 is much better investment then bBahria Enclave. As you can see the most developed phase of Bahria prices are low then G-15. Bahria is good development wise good for short term investment cant beat G-13 , G-14 , G-15 and F-15.
One kanal plot in F-15/1 is around 6 million talking about those plots which are ready for construction but if your purpose is just investment then buy an encroachment free but non possession plot it will give you good benefit.
Encroachment free 40 x 80 plot in sector F-15/1 price is 35 to 37 lac not 42 lac and in f-15/2 encroachment free plot is around 33 lac. right now developed plot in f -15/1 is around 43 to 45 lac normal plot so you can calculate margin.
I was planning to invest 45 lac for a year as well in property as I plan to build a house in G-13 when I come to Pakistan after about a year so can you tell me what does the term encroachment free mean and by developed I assume you mean streets and infrastructure are complete?

Which would be a better choice and which has a chance of getting more return in 1 year time.
