Bahria Town is a good option security wise and development work wise however its a bit away if you are working in central Islamabad.

G-15 is a good place more then 800 families already living there as there quality of development is not like Bahria but as per normal Isb CDA sector.

You can find a 30 x 60 plot in 3 to 3.5 million in G-15.

You can also get a 25 x 50 plot in sector G-14/4 required budget will be around 3.5 million to 4 million.

There is another option you can get a kanal plot in sector E-17 around 2.2 to 2.5 million.

So it depends what kind of size you are searching and distance.

Thanks for reply and guidence. What about if i increase my budget to 5million. Is it possible to get plot in G-13 of 35 x 75. I am looking plot for my own home and should be near to central islamabad. I need min size of 35 x 75. i can go upto 5.5 million max. to get this size in G-13

35 x 75 is not a valid size however you can find 35 x 70 plot in G-13 but minimum budget required for G-13 35 x 70 plot starts from 6 million and goes up to 8 million depends on location. For g -13 35 x 70 your budget should me 6 million plus.

However in 5 million you can get a good location 40 x 80 in G-15

I agree with you. I will see in next one or two months i can increase my budget up to 6 million. Do u have any option of plots of 30 x 75 in G-13 and good plot of 40 x 80 in G-15.
