The rumors were to create hype and interest among investors. They need capital to develop the project and with creating hype they seek more investment. Instead of investing in a commodity which has a huge lag invest in something which is an ongoing community or society.
What the people may say E-12 is very good sector for both short and long term investment. Personal experience. Do investment in it. It is an executive sector. Forget about development. Non developed sectors have more return than developed sectors in terms of investment.
