I am an oversease pakistani, looking to buy a property for investment in lahore only (by now) can build a house in future as well. Can anyone give me a good suggestion because i have been out of touch with lahore for last 2-3 years and doesnt know much about the current situation of real estate? My budget can vary around 3-5 million. I am hearing about LDA City now a days, is it a good investment for 3-5 years time.
LDA City is a very good option for investment. Prices have increased more than 50% over the span of one year.
You should also look into Bahria Town Sector E for property investment where you can find a good property, 40-45 lac for 10 marla, Also, in Sector C, D, you can purchase a good 5 marla property for 30-35 lac. Hope this helps.
Thanks brothers for your reply; i already have once 5-Marla plot in Sector D; and i am planning to sell because in my opinion it will not increase more than what it is now. Any suggestions to invest in any property in Lahore.
