Right now society is not selling plots officially. However they promised that soon they will start booking for few plots in 3 block around 100 or 150 plot and revised price of that plot is 1305000 on installments.

Multi always offer 15 to 20 percent discount on cash payment so it will be on every plot.

It's not confirm when they will launch this booking already they revised there rates twice so currently if you are getting any good plot in any good location then go for it.

What is price of a corner plot and non corner plot of 30*60 size these days in D as well as E-Block? Any rough idea?

In sector d now a days prices are a bit high due to expected development. Plots which are near to main double road are around 12 to 13 lac depends on location others are around 11 lac.

In Sector E mostly plots are on installment plans. profit on old file is around 260000 to 350000 depends on location and on new files its around 2 lac.

It means Block E- Future Extension will impact the prices of small flats of the block?

I think flat prices will remain stagnant for 2-3 years after extension.
