Is bahria garden city being merged with dha as dha garden city? If yes ,how would u rate investment of 1 kanal plot or 10 marla plot and at what rates?

kanal 60 to 65
no one would like to invest at this price range
Bahria e1 possessioned area 10m 38 lac
p block knal 42 ready for possession

These are talk of the town , when you invest to gain bigger profit than the risk is equally more. If Bahria Garden city is acquired by DHA than its prices will go up.
But i think investment in K , L M N block in DHA 1 extention is much more fruitful than Bahria City or phase 8.
