Heloo everyone need advice i have bought 1k plot in phase-6 n block 225 number 3 months which cost me around 139 with transfer …Now i have a offer of 145 lac …Should i sale it out and buy a plot in w block of phase 8 or should i keep it …What is your advice about phase 6 investment in the future if i want to build a house there
