After doing research I finally bought one 10 Marla plot in Bahria Golf City Lahore of 4.1 million.
Please advice if it a good investment for the 2-3 years?
Secondly can someone comment regarding the DHA GUJRANWALA when they are going to do the balloting or ownership, and is that worth buying there too.
Please advice on above that would be really appreciated, also suggest the other development as well for the future purpose.

Bahria Golf View Residencia in Lahore is still not developed. Once they start development work, then price will move upwards and it will prove a good investment.
The location is good. It has access from canal bank road through BT-Lahore and on the other side it will have access through Raiwind Road.
Can you please advice any other development for investment? I have around 2 million Rs in hand.
