Its your money but in my opinion you bust invest in that place where there is less development. Because after development rates goes up, and if you invest in development places than rates also goes up but not enough.

First of all what is done is done for good, The investment is not bad BUT if there are better & safe opportunities Why not go for it, Try to always invest in DHA cause it is the safest investment no matter what happens the rates, Security of your investment are there first priority.

This investment will give you good returns inshallah.
In my opinion it's a very good investment. The 10-M was launched at PKR 31 lac, so this means you bought it at 10 lac profit. May I know what is the location? Facing park / golf course or it's general?
I am sure this will give you good return as it will be an entry point to Bahria Town from Raiwind Road.
