I am planning to buy 1 kanal plot in c-16. Asking price is 65 lacs and i have offered 58 lacs.
Is c 16 legetimate sector? Is it safe. I have been told allotment letter will be issued but there has been news about c16 that land possession has not been done yet by cda.
Gurus , please advise. I am overseas pakistani.

Sir better to buY on Ground properties…These type of deals can be risky especially for overseas people.

In this budget go for dha or bahria town…Increase your budget a bit and opt for M block 1 kanal plot in dha 2.
Yaqoob , I think u mean 60 lac and not 60 K… Yes u can go to Bahria and DHA as Saadi said. In Zone 1 of Islamabad you cant find a 1 kanal plot in this price…However lot of options in Privately developed Zone 2…
Sir u can also consider AWT,Wapda Town,ECHS & Veterans in Zone-2
In last month C-16 grooms up but at that time its a little bit slow
