Dont agree with you Mirza. The lowest asking prices are 19 as M block plots of the same size are selling for 28 lacs.

I am not a dealer. But a desperate owner of few plots which i bought with the hope of getting some benefit.
and For your kind info, I am an overseas pakistani and sold my two plots last month in 16 lacs each.
Remaining plots i also want to sale but not getting any buyer.
In Pechs, market is hacked by one dealer only and which spoiled the prics of pechs.
I am sure you understand what i am saying.
