What you mean by Central Karachi? I don't think we should count Yousuf Plaza now Center of Karachi as Karachi expend in every direction in last 15-20 years.With your range 120 yds may be possible only in Surjani. No chance even in district central let alone district south or you should consider flats as new projects only happening in flats.
Are you looking for investment or for living purpose? Taiser Town and Scheme 33 I don't recommend anyone at least for next 2 years. Also Taiser Town showed profit for those who got name in ballot and sell file, still goes but on very small volume on nominal profit. But better avoid. Flats? Talking about your central Karachi, every major big roads like from Sohrab got to Karimabad, Sakhi Hassan to 5 star, Taimuria to 5 star, the builders purchased most bigger plots/homes and built multi story flats and people prefer it rather than to buy somewhere on outskirts of city. At least you remain in city with all benefits. Some of these projects marketed some don't bother as they sale without it so you need to visit first 2 to 3 room flats approx 950 to 1100 sq.ft if I find any good project I will inform you.
