I bought a plot in g-13 from AL ARZ ASSOCIATES f-8 he was a good guy even said that he doesn't mind arranging meeting with seller so I guess it means he is honest.

How much price did you pay for plot and what is the size of the plot?

I paid 58 lac in 2010 for a 35x75 plot size.

What should price now a day for the same size?

I think what NIL has stated 76-95 lac that is the range it all depends upon location. But if you are just looking for a regular plot non corner or not on the main road then I think it should be 80-85 lac.
