Would you please guide me where to make the best investment in Lahore with 8 millions in hand.

DHA Phase 7 or 8.
You can get plot in phase 7 U and T block in 85. It will take time 3-5 years but it will be a good investment. Better investment is phase 6 which but its budget is at least 12 million.
Buy 2 plots of 5 marla each in phase 9 town…its short term investment as posession is expected in few months and will fetch you alot in short period of time
First rule . Do not invest at one place ,split it 8 million right . Let it be 50 , 30 ratio . Buy a 1 kanal plot in engineers town sector a and in 30 , get a 10 marla in bahria orchard or a 10 marla in phase nine in 35. Beside this nfc phase 2 , state life u can gain bit of juice from them too in ya couple of year
