I'm new to this forum and just recently started exploring it. I have recently shifted to karachi from saudia and looking for a flat. I'm currently looking at three options:
1.6 cr 3-bed new apartment in clifton clock 2.
1.6 cr 3-bed new apartment on khalid bin waleed rd (pechs)
1.4 cr 3-bed new apartment at askari 5 (malir cantt) - much larger than the other 2 (2300 sq ft)
Which of them is a better option in terms of securing the value of the property in coming years. Also any other suggestions regarding good locations? Thank you

Flats in Clifton Block 2 are in really bad shape. Old building, seepage issues and no water there. All of them are way overpriced. PECHS ones are better and within other places in City. But if you want something near to Clifton/Defence (which have much higher value and future potential) then search for apartments nearby Clifton (such as those in M.T. Khan Road, Ziauddin Road etc) which are reasonable and have much better prospects.
Don't go for Malir cantt. It's too far and overpriced.
