I want to buy 1 Kanal plots either in Phase 6 or 8. Please advise me which phase and block is better for investment purpose for 3 years time?

Thanks Irfan, mu budget is about 30 Million and its for investment purpose. What you think about files of phase 9 or if you have any other good option please.
Phase-8 W & T blocks are best for investment, u can buy 2-plots of One Kanals there.
If u r left with any amount then go for Phase-9 file with remaining amount (Keeping in mind it would be 4-5 years investment)
