I think in E_16/17 management of cabinet division and RP (Roshan Pakistan) are different. I do not understand which one is weak or both weak. I think in cabinet division there is no plot on installments in PR society plots are available on installments. But it is how ever far away motorway chowk.
Another thing F-16/3 and 4 are safe investment but F-16/2 is very risky and F-16/1 location is away due to encroachment. Society acquired and got possession of F-16/4 100 percent and F-16/3 85 percent and MBS there is a very bright chance of development with in one year.
Then what to do? If I back out from one kanal plot option. Then how I can avail best options of the zone 2. You do not recommend you G-16 because of developer. Please tell me the option.
After completion of Marghala Avenue what will be the situation. (11 km away from motorway chowk and you have to cross Tarnol Phatuk and Sangjani toll plaza on daily basis.)
After completion of Margalla Avenue from b-17 to D-12 distance will be around 9 km and from D-12 zero point is around 18 to 19 km so Margalla avenue is very valuable for B-17 residents.
What's the real situation of Margalla avenue apart from promises. Is there anything actually happening?

By the way, regarding CDA a recent news is they have even consumed the money collected from Park Enclave and now they are changing the infrastructure/technology of it too which they previously claimed - because there's no money left.
So it makes me skeptical if Margalla Aveneu will start in next few years even?

Regarding Margalla Avenue, the good news is that CDA started the work on Margalla Avenue since almost two weeks and amazingly Bahria Town team has also been visiting the B-16 & C-16 sites along with the CDA guys and during my visit to this area also hear from the locals that Malik Riaz personally gave visited to the said site. After CDA announcing Margalla Avenue, the prices in E-12 have also shot up.

It is located on main GT Road coming from Peshawer to Rawalpindi, as you cross the Margalla hills, the capital territory starts and beside the lush green Marrgalla Hill, the CDA sector B-17 exists between GT Road and Motorway. The latest development in the area is the mega project of MARGALLA AVENUE which is being built from F-11 to the right in front of gate no-2 of B-17, MPCHS. As this project was announced, the prices here go on hike, and still it will go further high in coming months as the prices are still low here with respect to the societies along the GT Road with low standard of development.
