I have read your answer to Rahim's question in which you have suggested him to visit the website of House Building Finance Corporation Limited. So one of the major options in my mind drops and remaining are different banks such as Meezan, Punjab Bank, NBP, etc. But I personally do not like their policies since their reaction calls for un-Islamic attitude on delayed payments.

Thanks for your detail answer. I have actually tried with HBFC. It looks I have to ask General Kayani to support my application. During that process, I am searching for a better bank or organization. We are still far from this housing loan/mortgage structure. It should be commercial but in Pak it is still affected with nepotism. I do not any issues in paying them back. All I need a bank who can lend quickly and on merit.

Keep on trying Mr. Kayani, and once you finished I mean found good lending organization offering reasonable rate of interest and shortest requirement please post it here.
