So the purpose of this forum is to help each other. When we debate on some point the purpose is to justify opinion not to critisize each other. I think when we discuss pros and cons of some property,sector,area we want to clear every aspect of it so we able to reach some helpful conclusion.

I agree with you, however someone has to play the devils advocate and portray the other side of the picture as well.
