I was trying to find out update on bahria golf view residencia lahore. Any one have any idea when possession will be given and what is the situation on ground about development. Is that true bahria has no land for it and ring road will pass through it that’s why bahria cant get land.

I am overseas pakistani and some one wants me to buy either in golf view or sector F. I am very confused. Please give some suggestion.
Overall property market is slow in Lahore from last one year, Bahria has no exception. Many people are seriously stuck as prices have come down significantly. I am not surd about Bahria Golf but F-block is in minus for quite a long time.
Pls dont buy any plot anywhere without visiting that place personally. Its good to get advise from others but never follow then blindly.
@Irfan thanks for your valuable advice. Please suggest some thing in Bahria Lahore upto 5 million with two 5 marlas or one 5 and one 10 with few installments pending. I want to invest for 2 years. I will be very thankful for your suggestion.
Sincere advise is, dont get involve in installment plot in Bahria. U can buy 10-Marla possession plot in C-Sector within ur budget. Buy the plot from open market & get the possession immediately. C is very good sector, populated & has no issue with LDA as well.
