Please confirm the balloting of Commoners Flower Valley scheduled for 28.02.2015 is completed or not?

The Balloting was completed on Feb 28, 2015. I have two plots which were up to date on all payments so I called their office around 7th March and they informed me of my two plot numbers with street and Block :-)
Since I am abroad I asked them about the policy on balloting result as well as future mailing of official letters to me abroad rather than to by cousin in Pindi. They were quite helpful and told me that I just need to mail them a signed and dated request for the same with my email address through mail and they will then send me pdf copies of all official letters and keep the original copy in my file which I can collect also whenever I visit in person.... NEAT!
