I have a 10 marla plot in phase 8 sector e of bahria rawalpindi. All the drawings and the paperwork is complete. I wish to construct a good quality home for myself but as i work abroad i would like to give a contract to someone to undertake the project on my behalf.
The house will have 5 bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 kitchens. 2 tv lounge and 1 drawing room.
Please provide me with a rough estimate of the costs involved and the time scale required to complete the project.
I will be coming to pakistan inshallah in september for this purpose.
