This project was launched in 2005 with name "Al Hamra Avenue" Lay out Plan was approved on 5 July 2006 & NOC was issued on 15 March 2008 .
Habib Rafique group was doing development work.
Latter on news published that PAF have purchased entire project.
In 2014 i visited site. There were boards of Eden and 2 or three houses were constructed.
If all disputes are resolved than ok. Otherwise stay away.
Location of project is good. Very scenic and hilly area.

Eden builder's credibility is highly doubtful. They have scores of stuck up projects in Lahore with thousands of people affected for years. Check out these FB pages/groups that tell you horror stories:
I would suggest everyone to stay away from the name “Eden” anywhere in Pakistan. My uncle is one of their victim of their Ferozpur Road lahore scheme.
