I agree with you, however could you recommend which areas or phases would be best in terms of return on investment, I am talking about long-term investment.
Also the plot should increase inequity with time, and at least double in value 5 to 10 years down the line.
@Hamid:Mustafa Khan is right you you should mention in detail which phaze,plot size.Also its helps people who don't Know about karachi market but want to invest here about the prospects in DHA city
