Hm, when both will be developed then I think so there will be no major difference but definitely old map is better location wise. For possession there are many rumors in market I think so it will take minimum 2 or 3 years.
I think its the opposite, the location of new map is supposed to be better. But I can't find out any authentic info on that as to where exactly will it be located.
