Go for Bahria or DHA.
Can you please elaborate further, where to buy in DHA and Bahria in 3 million?
U can get 5 Marla in sector C bahria. And if u increase your budget by 6/7 lacs u can even get 10 marlas. In DHA u can get file in phase 9… To me which is a very long term investment.
