No one gave me answer of my question? Is there problems like water, gas, electricity etc or access to D-18 AWT. Why people are not interested to gave me answer?
The best advice I can give in this regard, is take out some time and visit the area, meet people and see things with your own eyes. The site/area speaks for itself.
Find out about who is the developer. The two things will give you all the answers. I hope this is helpful.
