What is member view regarding varasity of news and its price impact in short term on prices in block f in general anf b17 in particular??

B-17 have six blocks A is yet not fully clear
only B block is best and C is little good.
D is in the Air
E is no access because of D block but Multi claim possession in E block without access.What type of this brand who start development but never think for access.
F is for next generation.
Prices depend on Multi management when they will serious and sincere with project then prices will rise otherwise there is no good sign and prices are going down on daily basis.

With regards to Block-F B-17, over 90% of land possession is with MPCHS management. Almost 70% of the land was with single owner so less time needed to bargain with the owner.
I think its the best time to invest as every one knows society will also be lenient in the installment timeline.
