Is it worth investing in bahria town karachi for a short period of time or long time?
I think buying 5 marla between 2lac to 210 is a good buy.Per Sadey tey na Rehna.I bought few confirmed plots at this for myself.But again think carefully all it’s pros and cons before buying.

I am in UK my father-in-law bought these for me.Rate is fluctuating with every hour.Current rate is 235(75+10+150) now but that was also an hour before.Hopefully should get same rate or less tomorrow from many brokers.Buying more than this could be expensive.If you can’t get it wait for a day or 2.Don’t buy too expensive.
It is a good investment as Bahria just entered in Khi and they will make it a landmark, like they did in Islamabad, example is Bahria Enclave 1, Commercial plus flats are also a very good investment opportunity, prices will increase for sure as keeping in mind the Karachi Real Estate Market.
I think investing in Behria for the long term investment is better because in future Behria will be a trust worthy project in Karachi.
