Folks, I have a question which I want to have some advice from the people in the field. I have a 10 Marla in F-15/1 in the developed area. I was thinking to sell it off and get a bigger plot in G-16/4 which might be 500 yds. I will have to add some money to the selling price of the plot in F-15/1.
How would anyone see this move? Is it recommended or not? Both the properties are in the developed areas of both societies and possession is available for both the only differentiating factor is the size of the plot.
According to residential point of view kanal option is better then 10 marla as there is no major distance difference between both sectors however for investment purpose I think so it will not be a wise move as JKCHS prices will be always high then interior until or unless interior get entrance from Kashmir highway.
Thank you for the reply Ibrahim. Really appreciate it. Just wanted to know from a long term perspective. Lets say one year down the lane how would we compare F-15 with G-16? Ofcourse you are right about the size of the plot that does matter but the location and the society also should have some pros and cons. If you can share your views on that as well please.
I think so brother after one year F -15 will be much more populated then G-16 as already you can see the difference. F-15 Markaz will be start with in one year inshAllah. G-16 will take 2 or 3 years minimum for some population plus commercial activities so only size is the advantage in G-16 this is my personal opinion i can be wrong. :)
