After 5 years in G-13 30 x 60 will be around 90 to 1 crore and G-14/3 40 x 80 it depends on possession if got it then it will be around 1 crore 20 lac. but it depends on possession.
after 5 years 30 x 60 one plot will be a round 70 lac in G-15
but these rates are dependent on many factors.
i think so for investment purpose G-14/3 and g-15 would be better.
