Rule is very simple 2 percent surcharge per month. Try to pay your first installment after that its secure and also pay less amount if you cant pay complete installment they will also accept it.
Thanks for the reply bro. Is the 2% surcharge on the amount of the installment or the total value of the plot? Actually my budget is Rs 2 million and i want to buy 3 30x60 plots in e section of B-17. Now I am getting each plot (file) for about 470k and this would allow me to pay 6 installments (Rs 90,000 each). Do you think if it is a good idea to pay 2 installments per plot and then sell one of the plots to pay for the other two plots after a year or so?
Well dear will confirm it i think so its on installment amount. Your idea is good by the way if you keep 2 plots paying installments of 2 plots they will relax you in 3rd plot. Try to get plot in good locations near to main Markaz or on solid land.
