Dear Naseer hanif,
Don't go to Askri 14 because of bad access full of oil tankers at the road side.Dha is good but you can't find in this budget.PWD is good but water issue is over there so better go to Bahria phase8 which is best for living and you can find 7Marla house 11 to 12 Million in good location.
