Salman ,I advice you to stay from S.life.since it's balloting of Phase2 in 2007,it is unable to deliver a single Inch.Even now it's possession is not in sight.
Here you can get 1kanal plot from 19-to 35lac(Excluding devolment charges).It is better that to invest in DHA rather than this.
Thankyou so much Hisham bhai…because i have quite small budjet of roughly 14-15 lac rupees in which i can get a 10 marla non possession plot in central park, or 5 marla file in DHA City…(Phase 9 is bit expensive for me) what u will suggest…regards
@Hisham: What are your views about adjacent Bankers Town? I believe possession plots are available there and location is just about the same. Also what are your views about a ring road facing commercial plots in Bankers Town? Thanks
