Dha property exchange has gone modern and woke up!
Cannot believe that they have started quoting prices and surprisingly up-to-date!
Before even the link was not working but now the latest prices and even with upward and downward trends.
Whenever i visited them in the past, they gave me the best and factual prices but one had to visit the office in phase-1 as calls were never replied before but now a great change as the website is updated regularly.
Does it mean that they have decided to become on par with the other modern developers in the area?
I hope my happiness is not shortlived.

Thx nice information but the upward or downward trend seems a turnoff as it does not show how much a upswing has been seen in a given time frame and also covers a short period from jan - mar 2015

It will have little effect on investments.However depending on its length it will still have an effect on shorter term investments.Effects can be temporary but not permanent.Allah knows best.

Interesting. The price of 8 Marla in DHA Valley Bluebell is stated as 11 to 11.5 lacs yet ads on this website are asking for 13 to 23 lacs for the same.
It can be a useful check to ensure that you are not being overcharged, or it maybe that the prices are not correct market prices. If people start using these prices then it would allow DHAI to effectively set the prices for plots.
Do not know much about the authenticity of the info posted on this DHA website but I do know that these prices are factual.
One of my expat friends, bought a one Kanal, years before, at 45 lacs in DHA sector-A,through the DHA Property Exchange, whereas in the same sector at the same time DHA dealers were telling him a one Kanal around 50 lacs.
I would suggest go to this place first before making any deal in DHA and then ask about the prices from other dealers.

One should appreciate these efforts, and encourage positive developments. If other societies get a lead from what DHA has started, it will bring a good change and will definitely play a vital role with regards to investors or potential investors guidance/ help.
