Dears i want to purchase now and start to build the home after 3 years. Which sector/block is the best to select. Where a mosque and market is ready (or will be ready within 3 years)in bahria town phase 7/8. How i can get a direct buyer mean without broaker, seeking a sincere mashwara.

F1,E,C,D are good blocks 10 marla and kanal plots and small plots safari valley is the best.
You can try direct seller not buyer because you want to purchase.these are classified sites maybe you can find direct owner.
Phase 8 F , M Blocks and Phase 8 extension are the options for you.

Thanks Nadeem bhai. You r right I had to write seller not buyer( Typing mistake). What is about overseas enclave because comparatively prices looking less than other sectors. Is there any hope of population in 3-5 years and Is there any mosque under construction in this sector?
