Can any one kindly highlight the areas in islamabad where one can buy a decent size shop in a clean plaza for approximately pkr. 5 million/-. One important thing to consider when replying is that the shop should be in a developed area and the surrounding population should have a considerable buying power.

Well If you are still interested then I have few options in a newly built shopping mall on bank road saddar rawalpindi. Its name is Rania Mall (raniamall.com). I guess, from the investment return point of view, this is a better option than Islamabad. However, the price range starts from 9 million.

I think you can get a 1 or 2 marla shop in this budget in G-15/1. Last time when i checked prices were 5m about 6 months ago dont know the current situation
