I got the new link and according to text in the news, this is an approval for issuing NOC. Also, this NOC will not be for BE-II (launched in 2013), instead it will be for the BE, Phulgran. Which is usually known as BE-1 for the investors and general public. This is what I undertood from the news.

I think this one is for Bahria Golf City not enclave.
That`s really amazing and good news for property business investors and buyers. It is the time to construct your home as prices are stable in this sector now a days. Nice sharing in all the way.

NO NOC issued and nothing in the pipeline in foreseeable future. Still on my Wish list.
My dear fellows please open your eyes and read Urdu carefully. It is clearly said that this is only for BE- Phase-2.
Further on CDA web site they have really mentioned that CDA has cancelled the NOC that was issued to BE-1 because of illegal development.

Can you please explain the reason of cancellation? There are many big projects which are banned from CDA and without any authentic notification. How can we build Pakistan if there are so many boundaries for construction of building in Pakistan?

Though discussion is purely about NOC status, i would like to say that it doesn't really matter if there is an NOC or not.
E-11's 3 society's out of 4 NOC is cancelled and plots of 50x90 are selling above 40 Million.
I saw 35x70 homes in Enclave. Back setbacks has one bathroom constructed. It's against CDA's bye-laws and I don't think Bahria is interested in following it.
I may be wrong in my view.
