What is the latest updates about the development progress in DHA Valley. When DHA Valley plots will give profit.

Brother you have to wait for minimum 2 years.

It is a long project dear and there is no chance before 1 year. Management is also confuse and not giving a date because they know that it will be useless. But it is a good project and if you are interested then must construct a home over there. I would love to provide you construction and interior designing services.

DHA valley lost its reputation, after the famous 62 billion scandal ,

and second reason is its distance ,

third the dam issue,

fourth the land acquisition issues,

BUT

let me argue something,

WILL DHA COMPROMISE ITS CREDIBILITY OVER DHA VALLEY?

WHAT FURTHER ,ONCE DHA 2 EXTENSION IS COMPLETED,?

[i mean will dha 2 extension be full stop in that area?]

I THINK there will be a very positive solution in the end,

but the problem is the time frame, and here only those will win, who have strong nerves and belief in themselves ,who knows how to wait,,

IF PPL CAN WAIT FOR 30 YEARS IN CDA SECTORS ,,

so whats the problem of waiting here for next 3-5 years,

Well in cda case they got vacant land...

Bt this land include industrial area,and local villages which seems really hard to vacate.

Dha has never done ds much delay...

It is great concern for investors of valley

I am also thinking the same as Bilal that DHA is a well reputed area. There is only delay but good chance for investors.

More then 3 years have been wasted and Mr. Nadeem still your saying its a safe investment??? Safe investment is that from which at least one can get profit equal to bank’s profit. Then also consider the devaluation of value in rupee in the last three years. If someone has invested 20 lac three years back, can you think still the value of those 20 lac is same although by selling files of it one cannot get even that initial investment.

There was a meeting of Dha valley dealers few days back, can someone plz share what was it about and any outcome?

Meeting was more about waiving off the opening fee on open files,to give some boost to the market,as dha valley investors a facing the worst crunch,number one its being developed at a snails pace and secondly you have to pay 4500 opening fee every quarter,unlike dha 2 extension certificates which dont have any condition of opening or closing,

i spoke to valley associations president which obviously himself is a whole sale valley dealer,as i bought some files from him,and he was positive about the outcome,and expects market to remain potentially good during 2015.they are deliberatly trying to create a scale where market should remain uniform and reasonable in order to bail out any old investors who are manipulated by small dealers and sell their savings in loss even after 7 years,secondly overseas sectors bluebell orleander few of other blocks are developed to a reasonable extent,people with holding power of 2 to 3 years will reap a good benefit,as in case of files its always the time which is important when buying,if you compare valley prices from last november december ,it has gained at least 10 percent in everysector in some cases its more,as i bought orleander 8 marla in 70.000 profit and i am getting one day cash at 150 profit,jasmine i bought for 40,000 profit and now m getting 90.000 profit,i am sure patience will bear a very positive fruit for valley investors,as its the only credible brands product which has hell lot of juice left before maturity
