Are the prices increasing in A block also or its in B and C block? Do you think its worth will be equal to B block and is it wise to keep a plot in A block for 1 - 2 years?
A block is comparatively slow but price also increase in block A. When Mining close than Block A will also become very attractive. I think in 1-2 years time Block A get good jump. A dealer told me that from last 2-3 years no new lease for mining work is given and he predict that in 2 years there will be no mining at all.
There are new projects launching daily, that's why old projects are upraising slowly and slowly while the new projects or the new societies are risky, loose and profit will be much more.
What is the best location in A-block according to you experts? What do you think about the plots infront green belt (across 175 ft road). Are these one of the good ones in A block? Please guide.
