12. Unutilized space of FF stairs is merged to servant room to make it wider.
13. Separate PPR pipe for cold water of washrooms and for geezer for both floors from overhead tank to ensure water pressure in each washroom.
14. In each bed rooms, drawing rooms and lounges provision of concealed AC copper pipe and drain pipe. You just need to install it.
15. Provision of exhaust in each washroom including podder washroom.
16. Ashwood is used for doors with 3D designing of doors.
17. Designer kitchen with two colour tone scheme and provision of accessories.
18. Solid front doors are properly designed.
19. Chemical treatment on deadwalls to ensure no water seepage with 5 years warranty even the top roof piping of ACs and overhead tank PPRs were sealed through chemical.

21. Wardrobes of bed rooms are proper designed with provision of LCD and mirror dressing.
22. Termite proofing while excavation and after filling of sand on GF with 10 years warranty.
23. Terrace covered shade was extended by taking approval of bahria to make sure washroom window and terrace door is properly covered as don’t see in others.
24. Lots of efforts were put on designing of GF stairs due to provision of window in GF second room.
25. Stairs lower is installed rather railing for wide stair look.
26. Electric light plugs on each wall of bed rooms
27. Proper earthing is done.
28. Shower floor area was kept down from the rest area with two separate drains.
