This house has been completed on the 1st of December 2018.
A renowned architectural firm along with an established structural firm was engaged to design this project.

Aesthetic value:
This is one of the best houses in its size league of 25 * 40. The facade of the house is quite different from all the other houses surrounding it. The most breath taking aspect about the house is the main entrance since there is a void which makes both the floors feel like an integral part of each other. We have taken special care to provide for natural sun light & a flow of air in the house. The colour scheme is black, white & brown. The exterior & interior have a major white element in order to give a peaceful feeling.
The interior of the house is designed to accommodate a small to medium family. There is an open kitchen with a smoke extractor & beautiful glass 3 burner hob. The restrooms are fitted with over the vanity art basins which add to the classic feel. The stair case is made of iron instead of concrete because this gives a sense of openness & looks unique.
